Our Team

We are a medium-sized, family-owned business with a team of both young and experienced professionals. An increasingly vital element of our success is the collaboration and seamless transfer of knowledge between our highly qualified managers and the young technology enthusiasts we train in-house. These individuals represent our future assets and form the foundation for our continued success and growth.

Our production and assembling

The requirements outlined during the development phase are meticulously executed using modern CNC machines. The computer-aided manufacturing process ensures optimal precision and fit. Human intervention is only required prior to production for machine programming and subsequent quality control. A key feature of our manufacturing is the ability to flexibly process orders of various sizes, allowing us to produce small batches and custom items on short notice, in addition to our standard serial production.

If the specifications from the design phase are followed, all components can be precisely assembled after production. Following this final assembly, qualified employees verify and document the functionality and activation revolutions of the centrifugal clutches at a computer-supported testing facility. This consistently repeated process ensures a very high quality standard, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

The integration of testing sequences, utilizing state-of-the-art measurement and testing methods in incoming goods, along with production-supporting test measures, guarantees a consistently high quality standard for the products of Amsbeck Maschinentechnik GmbH. In addition to our unwavering commitment to product quality, we uphold equally stringent standards in our company regarding commercial processes, customer support during orders, and environmental protection. Consequently, all friction linings used are, of course, free from asbestos and heavy metals. All materials comply with national and international environmental protection standards and requirements. We strive to conserve raw materials in our production processes; for example, housings are pre-cast to minimize the amount of material that needs to be removed through machining later on.
